Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to or using the Foreman service. By completing a subscription purchase at myforeman.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Foreman is an AI-powered business advisory service delivered via SMS text message. Subscribers receive personalized business guidance, operational advice, document drafting assistance, compliance information, and related content through a dedicated SMS number operated by Watauga Systems LLC.

Foreman is a general information and productivity service. It does not provide legal advice, licensed accounting or financial advice, licensed HR consulting, or any other licensed professional service. All information provided should be independently verified with qualified professionals for your specific situation.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By subscribing to Foreman, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS messages from Foreman at the mobile phone number you provide at checkout.

  • Message frequency: Varies by usage and subscription tier. Up to 3 messages per day.
  • Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact hello@myforeman.ai.
  • To opt back in: Reply START or contact us directly.

Opting out of SMS messages will result in cancellation of your Foreman subscription, as SMS is the primary delivery mechanism of the Service.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Carrier availability may vary.

3. Subscription and Billing

Foreman subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Watauga Systems LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate of your selected plan:

  • Starter: $97.00 per month
  • Growth: $197.00 per month
  • Partner: $397.00 per month

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting hello@myforeman.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate illegal actions
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • Provide false information to obtain advice that could harm others
  • Use the Service on behalf of competitors for competitive intelligence purposes

We reserve the right to terminate any subscription without refund if these terms are violated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Watauga Systems LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watauga Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on Foreman’s advice. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at myforeman.ai/privacy-policy. By subscribing, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

8. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to active subscribers at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Tennessee.
