This Privacy Policy describes how Foreman, operated by Watauga Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information from users of the Foreman SMS business advisory service (the “Service”) available at myforeman.ai.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you subscribe to or use the Service:
Information You Provide
- Mobile phone number (used as your account identifier)
- Business name, type, and location
- Number of employees and team information
- Business challenges, values, and operational details shared during onboarding or conversations
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card data)
Information Collected Automatically
- SMS message content sent to and received from the Foreman service number
- Message timestamps and delivery status
- Subscription and billing activity
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide personalized AI business advisory responses via SMS
- Maintain a business context profile that improves the relevance of responses over time
- Send proactive business alerts, reminders, and relevant information as part of the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Improve the quality and accuracy of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the Service:
- Twilio – SMS delivery and phone number management
- Anthropic – AI language model processing (message content is sent to generate responses)
- Airtable – Business profile and conversation data storage
- Make.com – Workflow automation
- Stripe – Payment processing
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
4. SMS Messaging and TCPA Compliance
By subscribing to Foreman, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Foreman at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your usage and subscription tier but may be up to 3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To request help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will cancel your Foreman subscription.
5. Data Retention
We retain your business profile and conversation history for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. After cancellation, data is archived for 90 days and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers only. No method of transmission over SMS or the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
- Cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by contacting us

8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to active subscribers. The updated policy will be posted at myforeman.ai/privacy-policy with a new effective date.
